About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #77273) located in West Los Angeles, CA and online. I offer individual therapy and consultation for teens and adults navigating sexual orientation, gender, anxiety, and self-esteem. I am bisexual and have a unique appreciation for the bravery it takes to remain curious about yourself and live authentically. When we truly know ourselves, we can live our lives more intentionally and with a sense of empowerment.
Self-Esteem
How do the stories you carry play a role in shaping you? Negative opinions and past experiences cab live inside you and hold you back. Don’t let your low self-esteem take over. Therapy can be a great opportunity to examine your relationship with yourself. We can develop your self-compassion so you can explore, expand, and become your most free.
Bi+ is an umbrella term that is inclusive of different kinds of attractions to people with a range of gender identities. Bi+ includes the pansexual, m-spec, and non-monosexual communities. Although we are a majority, we can be an invisible majority. Bi+ community can have their own challenges coming out, feeling ownership in the Bi+ identity, and feeling a larger sense of belonging to the LGBTQ+ community.
